The American Heart Association Healthy Fat's Cookbook is a great resource for heart healthy recipes. The book isn't large but it is packed with great recipes. There are no pictures throughout so if you like to see what you will be making this is not the cookbook for you. There are however tons of quality recipes including the Grilled Vegetable Quesadillas and the Cherry Pear Turnovers which look delicious. I can't wait to try many of these recipes. The book also is a very valuable resource for how many grams of fat and sugar one should have to have a healthy heart diet. A great cookbook for preventing heart disease.
