I received this book and was excited to see what it would be like. I have many of the. Food52 cookbooks and tons of ice cream cookbooks. I was interested to see how this one would stack up. It did not disappoint There are so many new and exciting recipes and I can't wait to try them out! From a million ways to make a milkshake, to Chocolate Tacos, Amores Ice cream, Savory Ice creams and sherbets and much more. This book truly has a wonderful eclectic mix of fresh and exciting recipes to try. This might not be my go to book for basic things like chocolate and vanilla, but it will be when I am in the mood to try something fun and different.
