I was excited to get the Lucky Peach Easy Asian recipes cookbook as I don't have very many Asian recipe books. This one certainly did not disappoint. With thick [ages and lots of photographs, I really felt like I could successfully make all of the recipes in the book. They were extremely easy with easy to find ingredients. The Mall chicken and easy Claypot chicken look absolutely delicious along with the Miso Clam Chowder. I can't wait to get started with this book. Most every recipe was appealing to me and would even appeal to my picky eaters. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for quick, easy recipes that will please just about everyone.
