4 x 4 Diet Review
I was excited to receive a copy of the 4 x 4 diet. I am always on the lookout for healthy recipe ideas. This book was more of a diet book instead of a cookbook. It gave lots of tips on how to lose weight and there wasn't as many recipes or food suggestions as I had hoped for. The information contained in this book was informative although there was a lot of information that I already knew. Overall, if you are starting out losing weight this is a great reference for exercise and eating that will benefit you. If you are looking for more than that, this might not be the right pick for you. I received a copy of this book for free from Blogging for Books in exchange for my honest review.
