I received a copy of The Whole Coconut Cookbook for free in exchange for my honest review from Blogging for Books. I was excited to receive this cookbook as I love coconut. I was disappointed in it's size, it is very small and the limited number of recipes that it had. Pictures in this book were lacking. There is not a picture of each completed recipe to look at. I enjoy seeing what I am making before I make it. The book is broken into six sections. Breakfast Dishes, Main Courses, Salads and Sides, Snacks, Drinks and Desserts. The recipes use hard to find and very expensive ingredients. Many of the recipes, like Millet, Kale and Miso-Tempeh Saute are not even ones that I would like to try. Overall there might be a few recipes that are worth trying in this cookbook, but I was disappointed that there wasn't more. If you love coconut and are looking for unusual ways to use it than this is the book for you. Get yours here: http://amzn.to/1QmxYIS
