I received this cookbook and was very excited to look through it. When I first received it I was surprised at how small it was and how few recipes there were. When I opened it up I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the recipes and I love how it tells you specifically what the benefits health wise are for each recipe as well. There are some smoothie recipes, main dishes, salads, sides and desserts. All look like something I would try and that my kids might even like. The green smoothie recipe is one that I did try it turned out great and tasted wonderful. It was something I would definitely make again. Overall this book was good but I still do wish there were more recipes in it. The knowledge it provides about different foods and how they help your body is very informative and the recipes were easy and delicious to make.
