I was so excited to receive a copy of Eating in the Middle by Andie Mitchell. I love the idea of eating mostly healthy food but being able to cheat too. Andie's new cookbook helps you do just that. From the roasted carrots with honey butter, spice rubbed steak with grilled peaches & blue cheese and the Lime Coconut Cream puffs, everything looks tasty and decadent. Every recipes looks like fun to try and everything looks delicious. The photographs are beautiful and there are tons of recipes included in this book. Most seem rather uncomplicated and the ingredients should all be readily available.  I can't wait to try some of the recipes out! I highly recommend adding this book to your collection. There is a unique mix of recipes that you actually want to cook. I received a free copy of this cookbook from Blogging for Books in exchange for my honest review.
